Wiring 2 dual voice coil subs

Hey guys, I've got a 780 watt pioneer amp 2 channels (bridgeable) and 2 MA audio 10" 600 Watt subs that have dual 4 ohm voice coils, Which of the following setups would allow for lower bass and a louder hit?

This is my current setup... I've noticed that the lows aren't as powerful as when I only had 1 sub. Is it because of how I have them wired?

Would this work better?..

Ha ha ****, don't you hate that? I'm currently running each sub off it's own channel, connecting one channel to both VC's, the second picture shows the amp bridged and connected to both subs... If that helps ha ha.

whoops... edit wire it to 2 ohms x 2...most likely those subs need more watts than that amp can put out. You might even be better off running only one sub until you get a bigger amp.

So you would suggest the second setup then? How does the 1 ohm setup work?

is your amplifier 1 ohm stabel

Ok, nevermind, I looked up the stats on the web page and it's not stable for 1 ohm, just 2 and up.

mono amplifier that is 1 ohm stable...class d. I dont know for the wattage you will have to find the RMS wattage of your speakers
