wiriing 1 ohm or 2 ohm or 4 ohm

i have a memphis pr1.1000

mono block 1 ohm stable

2 ipipe dvc 4 ohm 1600w 12'' in ported box

do i need to wire them together then only have 1 wire to amp or can i run them both to 2 ohm then connect at the amp? does it matter?

It doesn't really matter bud, I assume you are going to parrallel the DVC coils down to 2 Ohm and then parrallel into the amp putting it at 1 ohm right. Well if you run one or two lines to the amp isn't going to make a difference, in fact running them both to the amp will lower the resistance across the connection, but its such a small change it won't really make a difference, do whatever is easiest for you

Before I answer that, what type of sound are you looking for, LOUD, quality, how many watts would you like to run, and what type of music do you generally listen to?

i listen to alot of rap, and as far as watts, ill put as many as i need to the shallow mounts to make them slam. and i want good quality too, but alot of low bass would be nice
