wire under vehicle-techflex or loom

I am doing 4 runs of 1/0 from front battery to back batterys in the bed along the frame. Should I use a wire cover such as tech flex or wire loom in the 1/2 size or use nothing at all?

Is it a must I see several big installs and never used anything besides right in the engine bay. I am gonna run along the frame so it shouldnt get hot but idk dont want to replace wire

if it gets snagged on something and rips it or cuts it, it will ground out. conduit is the safe thing to do.

the best i have seen is to use liquid tight conduit, and going thru metal you can mod the ends and you have a great water tight seal, with that much power wires and running in along the frame - you can get some plastic wire holder like this

screw to frame run wires, snap top on and wire tie on tight.
