Hey guys i have to power a 500 rms amp and the termimals on the amp are 8 gauge, however i used the calculator that tells you what gauge wire to use depending on the watts and length of wire and it said 00awg so i was thinking if i went with 4 or 2 awg would that be acceptable? i think 00awg would be a little unnecessary even though it wouldnt do any harm getting it, i dont wanna pay the price lol. thanks.
