Wire Size ? Fuse Size ? Battery ?

Okay this is the system i will be installing later this month.

Pioneer HU

JL 500/1

JL 300/4

2 JL 10W3V2-D4 subs

JL XR650-CSi

MB Quart CX series 5.25 Components

The vehicle is a 04 Dodge Ram Q-Cab Cummins with dual batteries. What size of wire from the battery to distribution box ? 4 guage ? Dist. box to amps ? How about main fuse size and distribution block fuse size ? What about the batteries will they take this system or will i need a cap ? Any other recommendations for this system ?

agree with above post.

add the current draw of the amps together, if it's under 200A, use 2awg. Fuse the power wire under the hood at 200A, then individually fuse the amps at the distro block. For example, in my setup I have my main wire fused at 200, a 100A fuse on the 1200.1 side and a 60A fuse on the 500.2 side of the block.
