Wire Size, fuse etc.

SO i will be installing just an amp the puts out around 1200 rms in my truck. Would a run of 4g wire be sufficient? it will have a 100a fuse. If thats not good give me suggestions thx!

The formula for watts is Amps * Volts. However, add up the number on the fuses on your amp, and that will be about the amperes your amp will pull. You can get the gauge of the wire from that.
