wire harness

well... if they made one for your car, then yes you would need one. but since they don't your going to have to hard wire it in.

the places that I've looked so far do not have the wiring pinout for your car. Try googling it to see if you can turn up any results.

ouch... 88... i THINK that is the fun year... do you have a speaker in the kick? door... and on the dash?... and then the back deck? there's an amp in the back the controls them all... you probably have 10 speakers in the car the 3 on each side in the front... and seperates in the back deck... some speakers are 6 ohms and some are 4...

u'll have 2 learn 2 get a meter and figure out how 2 wire them all 2 the new headunit from the amp in the back... i think there's a blue set of wires... and a yellow set... one is for the right side and the other is for the left... when i do them i do the one in the kick **4 ohms** and the other front 4 ohm speaker for the front channel on that side in series for 8 ohms... and i wire the other three on that side for a final 4 ohm load... i think it's 2 6 ohms and a 4... or 2 4 ohms and a 6... who knows... series and parallel... it's weird but it works everytime i do it... then i copy it for the other side... the stripes are all the same for hte most part... once u get one side just copy ur wires for the other set and ur ready 2 go... then run wires all the way 2 the front to the headunit
