Wintouch.exe WTF?

Hey guys I have this program in my PC that everytime I turn on my computer a big blank window pops up and it's really hard to close it sometimes.

I tried to uninstall it but I'm not able to.

try to google it, from what I just read its adware for sure. try to update spybot or try adaware also. good luck.

Try deleting it through HighjackThis, as thats been the recomended way to deal with WinTouch on a few sites.

One thing though, dont remove anything you arent sure about!

HighjackThis will show you all of the different processes running on your PC, so only remove that program to start.

You can delete it like what Rich B said, but there might be other bad things in there.

Run HiJackThis and save a logfile. Post or copy/paste that logfile onto this forum and I'll or others can review the log.

spybot is not a virus scanner, its a spyware/adware scanner.

go into MSCONFIG thru Start-Run and see if its set to auto start under the startup tab? idk without being there... go out and purchase an antivirus or get Avast or AVG Virus Scanner from Download.com and see if that helps...

hijack this is another great tool, unfortunatly I dont know alot about it.

http://www.symantec.com MAY have that virus in their database and be able to tell you how to get it out manually....

This black window, is it like a desktop picture? Can you see your icons? I had something like that before. If this kind of describes your problem, try going up to the upper right corner of the box. A close icon (the "X") might appear. It's not visible until your mouse is close to it. If that's not what your problem is, post more details.

CTRL ALT DEL and find it and end the process tree, at least that will get rid of it for a very temp solution?
