Trump clearly didn't have better relationships with world leaders unless we're talking about Lil' Kim.

I'm sure judges are biased, but in the case of Alex Jones, I literally saw with my own 2 eyes with no media filter how uncooperative he was the legal process, so I have no reason to believe the judge was unreasonable in finding Jones in default. As a matter of fact, IMHO the judge gave Jones way more latitude than he deserves. And of course there is nothing Jones could say or do that would have "proven" he didn't slander and defame the Sandy Hook folks.

He wasn't allowed to defend himself became the judge defaulted him. It's not right, it's political.

No, it’s the legal system.
What you’re doing is the equivalent of saying it’s unfair for a hockey player to be ejected from the game for slashing, after being given a warning not to slash.

Jones was given repeated opportunities to comply with the court and submit documentation for discovery. He chose to play tough guy and ignore the judge. That doesn’t work in our legal system.

Do you think he should be rewarded for his noncompliance by just being given infinitely more warnings? Or maybe just have the case closed because he doesn’t want to play ball?
What do you feel is the correct action for a judge to take when a defendant refuses to follow court orders?
