If you want to deny intent, then you are saying he was not of sound mind and did not know why he was making the call to Brad.
That would not bode well for his future run for POTUS, and would call his prior acts as POTUS into question.

To produce (as in give to someone who requests) what does not exist, you must fabricate it. There is no other way you could produce it for them.

Produce the recordings of them calling up a Secretary of State on January 2nd and placing the order to either bring forth votes that are known to exist but were not cast/counted, or to fabricate votes that do not exist.

If a recording is not available, eyewitness testimony would be fine.
