If they existed and he knew it, then Trump was engaging in illegal activity by advising Brad to bring them forth AFTER the voting was already closed. Trump should have been reporting that there were uncounted votes.
If they didn't exist and he knew that, then Trump was engaging in illegal activity by telling Brad to "find" them. The only way to "find" something that doesn't exist is by fabricating it.

He did say "if" the votes didn't exist. Since the votes have never appeared at this point, I think we have to assume the never existed. If we're going to establish a standard of "prove the votes don't exist" then nobody can ever win an election, no ballot measure can ever pass, etc.
So you answer the question with a question....im not gonna argue in circles Rob, just tell us how you personally know there were no votes and that they planned on creating these votes

You won't answer the question, because there are only two options, and both of them mean that Trump committed an illegal act.
So I'll do this for you:
If the votes existed, then Trump broke the law by advising Brad what to do with them.
If the votes didn't exist, then Trump broke the law by advising Brad to "find" them.
Either way, Trump broke the law.
Presidents and ex-presidents are not above the law.
Even Trump.
Even if he says he "thought" the Federal Regulation into non-existence, in the way he "declassified" those documents.
