Most UFO’s or UAP’s, probably 90%+, are military craft. Most UFO’s are just classified military tech, so I doubt we’ll get much info on that truth. Instead, they will create a fake perception of fear and danger around UFO’s, while suggesting UFO’s are an alien danger, when it’s really just a false flag to create panic to grab more control. Alien UFO’s are real and do come here, but almost all aren’t a threat to the regular populations:

The military has both found and shot down UFO’s and successfully reverse engineered parts of the technology:

Aliens don’t travel across space to here by using our perceived dimension, so we can’t detect them like we can a space object or foreign military aircraft; only when they begin drop down into our dimension from the other side of the fabric of space can we sense them. To travel across star systems and galaxies, you have to atomically/molecularly exceed the speed of light, or else it just takes too long to go anywhere; what we call the constant of the speed of light (c) is actually very slow and is only the speed of light inside of our very limited dimension:
