Good religion has no business in public schools. And the bible is full of violence. They never think of the consequences coming back to bite them when they make laws like they did. Kinda like in what was it Georgia or Alabama when they made that law about how religious stuff could be put on court grounds. Well the Satanic group took advantage of that as well which drove the religious people crazy. They are all about freedoms and what not but only if you agree with their views. Trust me I have an entire family like this on my mom's dad's side. I don't see why it's a big deal that the case in front of SCOTUS to determine LGBTQxyz rights was a hoax. Eventually such a case would have emerged. Seems logical to me that we try hypothetical cases before the USSC rather than sit in legal limbo until a real case pops up.

It's not, but they already tried the "fake" case and decided. Why make a big deal out of it? Lets say the USSC tosses out the finding tomorrow based on the fact it was just a made up case. "They" are just going to get a real ghey couple to request a wedding site from a real Christian web designer and we'll just repeat the whole process just to end up where we already are.
