What, what, what, WTF!!!!! I'm thinking that's a misprint ($25m not $250m). $250 million comes to $50k per homeless person - how the phuck does that not house these people. Rents are high in Denver, but not that high.

There were nearly 5,000 people unsheltered in Denver last year - the most ever - even as the city spent more money than ever to address homelessness - $250 million.

Good to see the US does export something: Rioting over Systemic Racism. If the cop shot thru the windshield, then that (most likely) means this arsehole was about to run the cop over. But in BLM France, it racist to shoot a guy who is about to run a cop over and had initiated a police chase by blowing a police check point. I guess so. I still think there's a good chance they misreported the number. I can't imagine if the "charities" serving the homeless took half that money that $25k/homeless person produced ~zero results.

Unfortunately, I think what we're seeing is a "lost generation" of young adults whose needs we've ignored for past 2-3 decades and now they no longer fit in society and I don't see how we can turn that around. So the question is do we find this to be an acceptable solution to ignoring the needs of these people when they are in k-12 and we have the opportunity to help them become productive members of society? My guess (and I'd bet the farm on it) is we will continue to ignore the problem. After all imagine if we actually taxed people like Trump - he wouldn't be able to afford to gold plate his Central Park Penthouse or Bezos may have to settle for a Yacht instead of floating city.

Jim, you can thank the UN for this destabilization in France and other European countries. UN is helping and directing the mass invasion of the US from south of our border, too. The UN wants to destabilize and weaken the US and Europe, even to the levels of civil war, in order to make China more powerful on the world stage.

I don't quite buy that - especially the invasion going on along our southern border. Latin Americans weren't the ones leading the BLM rioting. For the most part, from what I've seen is Latin Americans actually do a pretty decent job integrating into American Society.
