It was in New York. New York state is less than 50% Democrat. New York County is about 72% Democrat. That's 28% non-Dems for every 100 voters in the county.
That is far from a guarantee that the jury is going to be stacked with liberal Democrats. And any attorney worth their salt will do their best to stack a jury in their favor, or at least shoot for a draw to better their odds.
Suggesting that the jury pool was 100 liberal Dems, and that the jury was 100% liberal Dems is completely ignoring the statistical odds, and making a decision based purely on feelings.
