You're killing others' arguments that the trial was unfair by saying if the jurors were Repubs, they would have judged in his favor even after seeing him **** her.
He didn't say R's...he said Trump supporters...there really is a difference...but nice try on the spin...

Trump supporters absolutely. I’m just being honest here. They wouldn’t have awarded her a penny, with just one on that jury that person would have never budged. It’s no different then the left, if they could they send trump to jail for a parking ticket if they could they hate him that much 🤣

You said you wanted to hear it, which indicates a concern or a care.
It doesn't indicate either of those things. It indicates interest.
How did you determine they are mostly liberal Democrats? Do you think Trump’s attorney was complicit in picking a jury that he knew would judge against Trump?
What state is this trial in? Where do the jurors live? This is a democratic state yes?

He mentioned that Republicans are very rare and then mentioned if it HAD been Trump supporters on the jury, they would have ruled against him no matter what.

Maybe he doesn't consider Republicans Trump supporters. Maybe he doesn't consider Trump supporters Republicans.
But his words sure seem to indicate the opposite.

Nope...you reading into his words indicates the "opposite"

The definiton of the word would say you do care, but we know you aren't bound by the fallible editors of dictionaries

It was in New York. New York state is less than 50% Democrat. New York County is about 72% Democrat. That's 28% non-Dems for every 100 voters in the county.

That is far from a guarantee that the jury is going to be stacked with liberal Democrats. And any attorney worth their salt will do their best to stack a jury in their favor, or at least shoot for a draw to better their odds.

Suggesting that the jury pool was 100 liberal Dems, and that the jury was 100% liberal Dems is completely ignoring the statistical odds, and making a decision based purely on feelings.

"A Republican is a very rare thing in Manhattan lol."
His next reference regarding the jury is "Knowing how trump supporters are here, I’d be confident in saying they could have had video of him doing it to her and still wouldn’t have awarded her a dime lol."

This very strongly suggests he sees some kind of tie-in between Republicans and Trump supporters, and hasn't just completely changed the topic of the jury makeup.

Nope he plainly stated "Trump supporters,"...you read into it to for spinning fun...

I live in NY, if you go by county democrats are out numbered in that way but you have to go by the areas. Manhattan is majority liberal, again 86% voted for biden in 2020. The independents there lean hard left, not many people on the right of politics live there. Those that lean right do not live in NYC. The only part in the city that has a decent amount on the right is queens county. Upstate is majority right leaning and so is Long Island. The odds of getting anyone who leans right or never mind hard right is very slim, that is a fact in Manhattan. A trump supporter (a person who leans hard right) would never have budged on that jury.

Lets ask him?
Hey Dj: Do you consider Republicans and Trump supporters to be two entirely separate groups, or were you suggesting they are the same people when you first discussed Republicans being hard to find to make up a jury pool, and then saying that if the jury pool was Trump supporters, Carroll would have lost, even if they saw him **** her?

A trump support is definitely someone who is hard right, far right, or however you would like to call it. A Republican compared is someone who is more moderate. There are 0 trump supports pretty much in Manhattan and actual republicans there are nearly unicorn status lol. Again biden won Manhattan with 86% of the vote, that is the area to concentrate on as the rest of NY doesn’t matter. I think the best thing to do as far as this case goes and I think all will agree with me here is let’s see how the appeal goes. I think we should also give it time to see if any jurors come out of the wood work and talk about the case. Let’s also not forget this is a civil case not a criminal case. The bar is very low here and doesn’t make someone guilty, all it does is award money. It seems the former mayor of NY Rudy is next being sued for $10 million 🤣. I’m shocked a 78 year old man still has lead in his pencil and can force someone to give him oral. The shit show in these cases are gonna be entertaining going forward. Cuomo will be next I’m sure along with many others.

If Republicans do not generally support Trump unless they are far hard-right, that suggests a whole LOT of the party is hard far right, since he took the presidency.
Which rolls us right back to the thought that a Republican is generally a Trump supporter, and vice-versa.

The alternative would be to say that Republicans simply vote the party line and went for Trump b/c that was all they were allowed to vote for.

The hearing is public record. I'm sure it won't take too long for someone to get the entire transcript and share it online.
