The CIA has been there probably since the Obama era, when they helped overthrow the gov that was there in 2014 that almost certainly lead to this war. It’s not just Ukrainians fighting Russians:

Secret U.S. operations inside Ukraine are being conducted under a presidential covert action finding, current and former officials said. Once again, your feelings get in the way and you are wrong.STOP. Unpaid lunch, means a lunch taken off the clock. If you are working on that lunch you are working off the clock. It is not rocket science, not a Trump conspiracy... It's just breaking the law. My feelings have nothing to do with it.

I am given 30 minutes unpaid lunch. If I choose to use that as six 5-minute breaks, or three 10-minute breaks, or ANY combination to make 30 minutes, I can do so. As long as I work the hours I am paid for, my EMPLOYER cannot face a hassle for not paying me for the time I work. Because THAT is what the laws regulate: the EMPLOYER.
And once again, you have not proved how the law says *I* am not “allowed” to do work for free for ANY employer if I so choose.
Back up your feelings with fact, and share what punishment I can face from the legal/justice system if I get caught working for more hours than I am paid.

Do I get arrested? Do I go to court?
Is there jail time, or a financial penalty?
Tell me EXACTLY what the judge can do to me if I do work for my employer for free and get caught in the act.

You work for your employer. What you do can affect your employer legally. The laws that are in place do not allow for an employer to let YOU work off the clock (unpaid) if you are a non-exempt employee. If you work, you must be paid. PERIOD. When you choose to work off the clock you are now putting your employer in a legally actionable situation. This is NOT up for debate. It is the law. As their employee they are responsible for your actions. They can be legally punished. This will lead to you being fired. There are reasons for these laws and none of your spins or fast talking would fool a judge or prosecuting attorney.

If it is against the law for ME to work for free, then there is a legal punishment if I break the law, get caught, get convicted by a “judge and jury” that you referenced. (At least you now say a judge and jury would decide if I get punished or not).

NOT what my employer could do, the JUDGE AND JURY, that YOU referenced could be a part of this.
If you can’t reference a punishment to ME by a court of law, then the law as you FEEL exists does not exist at all.
