Good grief talk about adding something to a conversation about police being able to impound your car because they feel like it for 3 days or ticketing for what they may call a "loud" stereo. OEM stereos in cars can be heard 25 feet away very easily and without any issues. It was overturned rightfully so before and will be again. Dude, I’M the one who brought up the idea of a law prohibiting a person from listening to loud music b/c it could damage their hearing.
It was a commentary on the gov’t controlling what we can do to our own bodies.

If this WIC fraud happened that you claim, it was in concert with the customer plus the worker. And not an easy thing to do.

I know you didn't, I am admittedly a bit of an azzhole. I know I can be rough around the edges but I certain aspects of my life have molded me around facts. Often at work I literally have zero "opinion" on a matter, I have to operate in facts. More often than not, there is no deviation in that regard so it is what it is.
You did imply and say "bullsh$t" to my observation, as if I was making something up, when in fact I saw it w/ my own two eyes.
I have no idea what the law/policies in TX were more than 35ish years ago governing WIC, however what pi$$ed me off is that I was literally turned down by the state in various situations for various reasons and prior to getting married and when I was just out of HS, a ward of the state. I should have theoretically been given a free ride however social workers always insisted that I include birth parents info which left me w/ not a fking thing and people who refused to work got benies.

What also makes me had at WIC and the system as a whole is that is run w/ a liberal soft touch. ZERO accountability. Like I said in a previous post, a CPS case worker litterally told me a child was being turned over to mom "Our policy is reunification" in spite of the fact mom KNEW the 8 yo was getting ***** and did NOTHING about it. CPS saw NO issue w/ it!! HTF is that possible. Literally in MN, a prosecutor and a vic-wit manager told ME that they were going to offer a plea/no time in a CP case because "he needed help," and prison wouldn't solve the problem. What will it take??? During his case trial, he took out his c#ck on the lightrail and shoved it in a childs face screaming, "Is this what you want!!" Several passengers tackled him and held him for police. He got a god d@mn ticket and was released. Liberal azz feel good MN, letting child rapists and looters go free all in the name of social justice.

Welcome to 1984. OTOH, I worked for DHS for a while and we were able to pretty accurately identify bad actors. You'd be surprised how many bad acts the gov't has stopped because gov't data gathering activities allowed them to intervene before hand.

The government data mining emails w/o search warrants is still a crock of sh$t. If you worked for any DHS LEA then you'd agree that the lack of warrants and using private party data storage voluntarily made available to the gov is a chicken sh4t way to circumvent the law.

At the same time the fed dropped the ball on several mass shootings, CIS shooting, Orlando nightclub, Dallas mohaumud drawing, but still managed to prosecute a downsyndrome man for being involved in terrorism after they basically egg'd him on.
