And please don't strawman me, I never supported a vaccine mandate. I do however support any private business to deny you service for any reason as well as regulating large gatherings (during times of uncontrollable spread).

A private business "should" be able to do as they please for the most part, race/ religion aside and there are always anomalies.
I did actually get denied a job or an opportunity because of my skin color but I don't make a dog and pony show of it I just called the manager an as4hole and walked out. I then told everybody I knew about the business so at least they would try to avoid it. They went out of business a few years later. Karmas a b1tch.

But a quick argument, what is an "uncontrolled spread?" And if they didn't practice pre covid measures as such then IMHO they are brainwashed. No one cared about swine flu, bird flu or seasonal flu to shut things down. With an average survival rate exceeding 99%, it makes no sense, but its their decision.

The abortion industry is a multi 100 million-dollar per year industry. Fetal tissue is sold for research to big pharma, food research companies etc.

Pharmaceutical companies and Planned Parenthood want abortions simply because of the money.

Big pharma will make over $300 billion this year on covid shots. All the previous vaccine companies and all their previous vaccines combined averaged $250 million. Covid just made the pharmaceutical industry a hundred times more money. If people are unwilling to question the economic motive/question why the push, considering it is such a significant amount $$$$, they are ignorant or its politically motivated bias.

Funny how I could find and buy a firearm off the streets fairly easily without any kind of check...but I'd need a universal background check to legally buy a firearm under your idea...now which path will a criminal or somebody intent to do harm turn...

Federal law requires background checks on ALL guns sold by federally licensed gun dealers.
So that is one already in place.

Do you want to now require them for private sales as well? How will you monitor and regulate that? The only way to do it is to ban private sales. Or banning guns all together.

Have we thwarted the criminals yet... the one's who typically ignore laws anyway.

If you are legally allowed to purchase a gun and the seller is legally allowed to own a gun... yes. It is a legal private sale. If neither of you or just one of you is not legally allowed to own a gun then no. It's pretty cut and dry. Surely a person with morals would do the right thing.

I don't know how most criminals acquire guns. Let's say most of them will get them illegally.

A background check for private sales will do NOTHING for a criminal as they will just ignore a background check. They will either steal the weapon or buy it from another criminal.
