Mayor Pete is a better choice than Biden at least. I don’t like him personally, but I could understand that pick. Are democrats really trying to say that Pete wouldn’t have beaten Trump had he been the nomination instead of Biden? I call BS. I think any of the Dems would’ve beaten Trump. That’s not a good excuse to pick a dinosaur politician in my view. And I did watch the whole process or I wouldn’t have made the comment.
Biden was picked because he had the highest poll numbers. It's that simple bro

She is hot, but I wouldn’t vote for her just for that. There is no way she can debate her way through to the presidency. She doesn’t have those skills.
I disagree. She's actually pretty smart. I've listened to her talk, debate, and she knows what she's talking about. Shes also not a super bat shit crazy liberal like people think. Sure she has some far left ideas but she also is moderate, and even agrees with Republicans on some issues.

I didn’t say she wasn’t smart. She is idealistic, and that doesn’t work with moderate voters. A lot of democrats just won’t vote at all if she’s the nominee.

I honestly don't see her running for president anytime soon. Even though she's eligible in three years it would probably be more than a decade before she ran so who knows.

Just read an interesting article, a scathing op ed piece on Dems and Biden by the Business Insider. In it was a link that shows that almost every president has had a lower approval rating at some time in their term than Biden does right now. Trump was by far the lowest of any president and was below Biden's current numbers for most of his term. I know this place isn't big on facts but here's the link if you are interested.

Trump never went above 50% approval rating because he is so partisan and aggressive that moderates didn’t like him. Approval ratings for presidents can be below 50% and still get re-elected though. Linking approval ratings to election results assumes that the other side has a perfect candidate, like Obama was for democrats. Obama was almost the perfect candidate to get elected even with a lower approval rating while in office. Even people who disagreed with his politics liked him personally, which can get a person elected all by itself. Trump just isn’t a likeable guy.
