Some of us have kids working there while putting themselves thru school. Interesting side note... My middle one is looking at an acre not too far off the grid (electrical & water ran) already. I raised my kids to be independent, problem solving and someone who can bootstrap themselves out of anything. Not handout victims. He's considering buying real estate at 19yr old... jeez.
This IS what's wrong today imo... too much focus on victimization and no responsibility.
We are all squeezed out the tunnel of truth and are helpless. Our parents form us... fuk the deniers. We are all offered several ways to step-up but some make good choices, some regret theirs for a lifetime. Are we all to forgive those choices? Accountability I say. I was a bad-boy... some would say a criminal even. But I kept it in check and never crossed that line. Or got busted.
I became a father in the mid-90's and quickly learned that becoming a father is more than a title. I became a dad... MY kids and I'm involved. What ever happened to accountability?
This country's a mess.

One of the biggest problems I find is people lie to themselves, inside of their own minds. That's the road to insanity. The other is that people don't study the dark, and they think the dark is light, because they have no idea about how the dark operates. So many are in a trance, it's frustrating. I'm sure I am partially as well, but people will understand what I mean.

I chose sides awhile back. I've ghosted folks I did not want to be associated with I and watch alliances.
I have my beliefs... my tenets or guiding principles. Sometimes I find myself in a situation but try to gracefully back out. I don't sell or force my beliefs on the next guy... ever. But I will digress from a situation thats full of bs.
I just don't associate when I'm not comfortable. I'm so tired of the scammers, thieves and dopers that seem to be right up there looking for some help locally. Tucson Az... what did I expect?
Next year hopefully brings new horizons to me and mine... without giving away the store It's a move to +7000ft and still in the sun over the summer /w/ 4 seasons. I'm going to buy the land probably, someone will inherit I'd suppose and because of his education can work remotely... win-win.
We'll see...
