It was my idea. To spur discussion about Biden vs. Trump, and talk about them beyond just regurgitation of personal beliefs. Maybe look at the facts of the situation and do some due diligence and critical thinking.
Thank you for your concern, but my digestive system has never been healthier (psyllium fiber is amazing stuff) and my overall health is quite good per my physician. Moderation and exercise helps a lot.
