I believe what you are doing is setting people up for fraud then prosecuting them for it. Misuse of words or phrases, definitions that people don't understand, technical jargon. I think you trap people in technicalities then call them criminals for it. I bet these people have to pay fines, yes? Get put on probation, yes? Have to pay out more then the alleged fraud, yes? Just another way for the government to make money.

No we haven't. We have discussed my opinions and what you want to tell us happens. Nobody on this forum needs to take you at your word. You are an anonymous person on a car audio forum. You could be lying to everyone here all day everyday. No way anyone should just accept that you even do the job you claim to do just because you say it.

Don't try to pick out one example of a person committing fraud (falsifying information) as your basis for arguing what you do. Do you just assume it's false information if it is different than what you think it should be? Do you ever try to HELP the person or is your goal to crush everyone because you know it is fraud no matter what?

Your opinions were already proved incorrect. Repeating incorrect opinions doesn’t make them correct. And it’s not just by my word. I’ve referenced evidence on government web sites that you can go look up yourself, so that you’re not being asked to just take my word for it.

If you’re so tinfoil-hatted that you think the websites are faked in some way, there’s no helping you.

What I THINK has nothing to do with a hearing. It all has to be based on verifiable evidence. Two examples that should be easy enough for you to understand:
1. Graham states in writing that he has not had a job in the past 12 months.
It is discovered and verified with payroll reports that Graham has been working full time for the past 5 months.
Graham has committed perjury. Graham has committed a program violation.
Graham gets prosecuted for it.
2. Sarah states in writing she lives alone and is unemployed, with no assets and no source of income.
It is discovered she is married, lives with her husband who makes $80K a year, and her name is on two bank accounts worth $25K as co-owner.
Sarah has committed perjury. Sarah has committed a program violation
Sarah gets prosecuted.

There is no discussion of opinion, feelings, thoughts, etc.
It’s evidence-based, and the person has provided the evidence of the lie.

Sorry to again prove your uneducated feelings and opinions wrong. You now know something about it.
