It's bad situation and I don’t put it all on Biden. However, at some point we need to demonstrate that we will exercise control of our borders. As you point out the people benefitting the most are drug cartels and human traffickers.

It has gotten far worse. Politics is a part of this, but Myorkas should be fired regardless of party. He says dumb sh1t, like today, he said they were going to “surge” 24,000 border patrol agents down here when there are only 19000 to begin with, and they are swamped. That’s an outright stupid thing to say, or it’s a constructed lie.

It’s not fair a person from South America can walk up to the border get caught and claim asylum and a person across the pond has no way of doing this and may actually have a legit claim. Every country pretty much has an embassy. A person can easily go with all documents and things required to do things the right way. Wether they want to be a citizen, obtain a travel visa, or something else. I know people from South America personally, my girl friend is from Colombia. All of them I know put in their paper work and waited 2 years (some longer some less) just to get their visa. They did it the right way, it’s just people who have no desire to do things the right way have a reason for that. Many times it’s cause they may have a criminal record or don’t want to wait the times required.

They also expect 600 judges to handle millions of immigration cases. The normal rate of crossings at the Mexican border is around 6000 per day, and has been for 2 years, which was already high. Now it’s going over 10,000 per day.

This is not a case regarding “preponderance of evidence”. It is not a case regarding “clear and convincing evidence”. It is a jury decision involving “proof beyond a reasonable doubt”

Now, I know that humans use their feelings to make decisions. This is not something I am debating. All I have said is if they convict on feelings and not facts they are unjustly convicting. That's all I am saying. Nothing more, nothing less. This again is why if I am on a jury and I do not see indisputable proof of guilt I will vote not guilty.

As a jury member, your job is to cast your decision based on the applicable standards for the trial.
You have seen absolutely zero proof of Biden being a ********* or if the vote being “stolen” by him, yet you have cast your “vote” pretty publicly here that he is guilty.

It's just decriminalized illegal immigration. Personally, I'm getting sick of it. There's any number of solutions but we (purposely) turn it into a giant cluster phuck.
