I love how you cherry pick. You are being ignorant just to be annoying aren't you? It works every time. You ARE annoying.

Sex for humans IS for reproduction. Period. I know in your quest to be a smart asss you will say sex for humans is for pleasure also... because it feels good. No, that is incidental. It feels good so that we will continue intercourse until climax. THAT is the goal. For the male sperm to find the females egg and fertilize it.

Any deviation from this is a perversion of sex. This includes gay sex. Go ahead, argue in vain until your brain explodes. It will not change these facts even if you really, really want it too.
You’re avoiding the question.
You made it very clear that you determined sexual orientation is a choice.
You even said “Period.” to indicate it was irrefutable fact.

Given this irrefutable fact, you should be able to state why you made the choice that you made. One that apparently all humans must make.

So, WHY did you make the choice you made?

As for pleasure being “incidental”, please explain people who are sterile yet have pleasure from sex.
If their body is not capable of reproducing, why would the act be pleasurable?
Maybe also explain why women have orgasm when it has nothing to do with getting pregnant.

It's natural biology. No choice was needed. I am a male. My body is designed biologically to reproduce with a female. Any other choice is a perversion. Keep trying in vain.

Stop trying to make an argument based on your feelings Rob. It's embarrassing.

But you did say you made a choice, implying "perverts" are making the choice to be perverted.

I actually didn't say I made a choice. The choice is if you say you are something you are not. I actually stated I am heterosexual. Rob made the choice to argue these facts in vain and for some reason you want to support him. Birds of a feather I guess.

"It is a choice, period, a choice if a person chooses to be with another person of the same sex."

Everything is stated in this one sentence. How Rob phucked that up is beyond me but was 100% expected. 100%.

Saddest thing about utility companies is they are a monopoly. You cant shop around and there is zero competition. I mean you can get off the grid, but that ain't cheap.

It’s comical how you avoid every question that if answered honestly, will prove your personal theories wrong.
It’s also comical how easy it is to find a simple question that if answered will prove you wrong.

Sexual orientation is a choice. You said so. You intimated the choice is based on the organs they were born with.
Why did you choose heterosexuality over homosexuality?
If someone is born with dual reproductive organs, or none at all, what is the next factor that determines their choice of sexual orientation?

Sex is for only for reproduction. You said so.
Why do people who are unable do reproduce (from birth) still enjoy sex?
Why do women experience orgasm when it has nothing to do with reproduction?

Very basic questions that put your personal feelings, opinions, or theories to the rest.
If they can’t be answered, then you should question the validity of your theories.

Agreed, my utilities doubled this winter. That's after Xcel sent a letter about a 25% rate increase. And of course our local Public Utilities Commission did nothing for their constituents.

You did say it's a choice and this isn't the first time you've said it. Maybe you could choose to have sex with men. Personally, I'm incapable of making that choice; that choice has been made for me on subconscious (genetic?) level that I exercise no control over.

That said, I see the issue of being attracted/not attracted to the same sex as separate from chopping of body parts to mimic the opposite sex.

Antifa and the FBI decided to sit this one out.

But while the former president calls on his supporters to gather in protest at his prosecution, that message seems to be falling on deaf — or at least unwilling — ears. Three days after Trump's desperate pleas, online support for public protests remains unfocused, disorganized and muted, according to experts who monitor far-right extremists online.

Rather than organizing protests, prominent Trump supporters online are instead driving a different narrative: That any public events are a "trap" set by law enforcement, and that attending any events will be counterproductive and will likely result in protesters being arrested.

So ChatGPT (et al) could have a good career in infotainment and politics. Rather than send politicians to DC we could just sent a bunch of Chatbots. AI ftmfw!!!!

Earlier this year, one of my colleagues received a concerning email. An old friend reached out to let him know that she had been experimenting with ChatGPT, a new artificial intelligence chatbot that has been dominating headlines.

She prompted the tool to generate an essay arguing that access to guns does not raise the risk of child mortality.

In response, ChatGPT produced a well-written essay citing academic papers from leading researchers – including my colleague, a global expert on gun violence.

ChatGPT used the names of real firearms researchers and real academic journals to create an entire universe of fictional studies in support of the entirely erroneous thesis that guns aren’t dangerous to kids.

When challenged, the chatbot doubled down, spitting out this response: “I can assure you that the references I provided are genuine and come from peer-reviewed scientific journals.” Not true.

Yep. Because you can't answer them truthfully without blowing up your silly theories.
Welcome to the scientific method.

Just curious, but who do you right wingers consider to be the leaders of the GOP? Trump obviously. DeSantis is out there, but he doesn't really strike me as a "leader." But who do you think speaks for the House conservatives - Marjorie in Chargorie? And the Senate, I'd guess McConnell, but he strikes me as weak. How about outside of politicians - Kari Lake, Tucker Carlson, Hannity, Russell Brand???
