Not to be a cheapskate or anything, but I would draw whenever the dollar amount for the sub is reached. That way you don't lose money, you still get to donate it to charity, and then write it off on your taxes (basically getting it back).
That way you can keep this thing going without hurting yourself.

And I'm glad I spent 20$ to get tickets instead of 5$. 2 subs for 20$. Never got a better deal in my life!!
