Will weed be legal in nevada?

I believe the vote is comming on Nov. 7th? Not sure but I know they plan on voting for the legalization of up to 1 ounce I believe. Do you think it'll pass or no? I personally think it will, and should for that matter. What's your opinion?Let's keep this discussion civil please.

i think ittl pass but im surprised that they would put the legal limit at an ounce

Nope, the only place in the united state where you can legally posses(sp?) marijuana for recreational use is Denver. But that law is pointless since state law overrides city law. So if you have reefer on you and you see a state trooper, I would hide it //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif But x2 on moving to Nevada if it get's legalized

Well unless your growing pounds and pounds and selling it to children I don't think you have to worry about the feds. really? i coulda swore i heard it was legal for personal use in cali already, but i could be wrong. also, i thought ************ was illegal in nevada; even vegas? just that it's so publicized(sp?) that everyone thinks of it as legal

but yea, if any it'll be next summer. on papers till june of '07 cause som stupid b/s:crying:

I hear ya, the hypocrisy of outlawing marijuana when even more dangerous and addicting drugs like alcohol and cigarettes are legal is appaling.

I bet less people would smoke if it was legal, it's not like anyone who wants to get it has a problem.

Like Chris Rock said you never hear a dealer say "how I'm gonna get rid of all this crack"... LOL

I don't think it will pass, but it would be cool if it did, a lot of my friends in Vegas will be happy. I think it will fail by a very small margin.

hookin is legal but you got to have a lisence to do it and do it in a sanctioned place and all that i think. you cant just stand on a street corner thats where it becomes illegal. and i say all go for the legalization of weed. i think this might lead to other states doin the same.

Yeah you're right ************ is illegal in Vegas, but i think there are some places in Nevada where it's legal, like the "bunny ranch", that's a very well known whore house so I assume it's legal in whatever town that's in, and it's in Nevada I'm pretty sure.
