Do you think it will pass or not, lets have our own poll.

here is the question:

Shall Titles 32, 40 and 43 of the Nevada Revised Statutes be amended in order to allow and regulate the sale, use and possession of one ounce or less of marijuana by persons at least 21 years of age, impose licensing requirements on marijuana retailers and wholesalers, allow for the sale of marijuana by licensed marijuana retailers and wholesalers, impose taxes and restrictions on the wholesale and retail sale of marijuana, and to increase the criminal penalties for causing death or substantial bodily harm when driving while under the influence of drugs or alcohol?

 

 

I dont think it will pass, i voted yes on it today, but it has been voted down before and i think it will happen again.

I'm all for legalization, regulation, and taxation of soft drugs. Hard drugs would be offered by prescription and used in the clinic only.

I don't think it will pass, wish it would, but doubt it will. Someday the time will come...but its too early yet.

im sure neighborhoods will line up to get those clinics. Who doesnt want every hard-core drug addict in the city walking past their house to get dope. What would you do to people caught with hard drugs and no prescription?

Look at the BBC documentary "if drugs were legal". very interesting.
