really? i coulda swore i heard it was legal for personal use in cali already, but i could be wrong. also, i thought ************ was illegal in nevada; even vegas? just that it's so publicized(sp?) that everyone thinks of it as legal

Don't quote me on it but I'm pretty sure your not allowed to have an ounce for personal use in Cali. You can have medical marijuana IF prescribed by a doctor, but that's about it. ************ in Nevada is only illegal in towns with more than 400,000 people in it( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Prostitution_in_Nevada ).

weed is only legal in Cali for medicinal use...u gotta get a cannabis(sp?) club card....but they hand em out like candy in the bay......easier to get a club card than a vicodin prescription

Yeah you're right ************ is illegal in Vegas, but i think there are some places in Nevada where it's legal, like the "bunny ranch", that's a very well known ***** house so I assume it's legal in whatever town that's in, and it's in Nevada I'm pretty sure.

Yeah, Las Vegas has way more than 400,000 people, hence it's illegal there.

hookin is legal but you got to have a lisence to do it and do it in a sanctioned place and all that i think. you cant just stand on a street corner thats where it becomes illegal. and i say all go for the legalization of weed. i think this might lead to other states doin the same.

oh i see, cause i remember when i went there like 5 years ago i was being handed flyers for whorehouses all in the area, theni see on cops people gettin arrested for ************. but i do remember them being on the street and not at a dwelling/institution/what have you.

i agree, but i doubt that'll ever happen here in texas with as much traffic going on around the border. i'm originally from mcallen/harlingen area and you wouldn't believe how much greenery is down there just waitin to be shipped throughout the country. but i guess the same could be said about states bordering canada, but i just don't hear as much marijuana-trafficking about that line as i do texas/mexico. only thing i've heard of canada doing was shipping seeds to the states, maybe i'm just uneducated on the canadian border goings ons

I lived there for over 10 years, trust me.

Thats what I've always believed. But Ive heard otherwise lately that there are places that are Liscenced and Registered brothels where all the ladies have to take VD tests like every day? If not so Now a days, Im pretty sure this was the case a couple decades ago.

If im not mistaken we had basically the same question in the last election, and it got voted down, so I wouldnt be suprised if it got voted down again.
