Hi, need some advice

Heard Kicker Amp are underated.

Wondering if this 400W amp is able to pump the above mentioned sub?

well, it will work, but it will be underpowered...by a lot...that 400W rating is at 2 ohms, but your sub is 4 ohms. So you're only going to get half that power, 200W, to your sub...
