Will this mp3 cd changer work on my factory system?

i have an old skewl acura/alpine factory deck, i used a non-mp3 cd changer on the factory cassette deck and it works. I was hoping it would work with this mp3 cd changer im about to get, its ai-net, but i believe there's a ai-net to m-bus converter, so i was wondering if my information is right, the cd changer will work with the factory acura/alpine cassette deck...
