Will this isolator work fine??

might as well get the 200 amp one. that 80 is small i assume you have a larger than 80 amp fuse to the rear?
actually, thats exactly what i was curious of.... do they carry like 250 or 300 amp ones and can i use it too run 2 rear bats and not just one?? and thanks bro

yes there is a stinger 200 amp version of this hooks up just as easy. a lot of people are going to tell you you do not need one that is opinion and if you read battery manuals and manufactures suggest them on many applications. this thread hopefully will not turn into a WAH u needz one WAHHHHHH u dontz

actually, im gettin one cause im pretty sure im drainin my main battery right now without it. is there anything biger then 200? and will just 1 work for both rear bats?

Put the one in between the front and rear batteries. the twin batteries in the back should be fine hooked up together with no isolator the will act as one battery. The 200 amp is rated for 200 so only use 200 amp fuses on both end of your power wire from front to back. You probably wont ever blow this with those over 9000 batteries in the back. They will hold enough current to discharge on bass notes. But if you are draining power find it something else might be the problem.

kewl, now do i wanna mount it closer to the front bat or rear? and it sounds like i need another circuit breaker ran AFTER the isolator also to the rear bat?

you should have a fuse within 18 inches of the front AND rear batteries. if you don't then why fuse at all? if that power wire grounds out and only the front is fuse then the rear batts will arc weld that wire and burn your car up.
