i know this is a dumb noobish idea but my second w7 doesn't come in for a week and im dying without bass so i want to know if it will damage any equipment if i run the one sub i already have in one mounting hole for the box? meaning that because its a one chamber, dual slot port design, id have 2 ports and a big open hole where the other sub will go. ive had bass for about 2 years and to go without any for more than 3 weeks is torture //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif

you will need to seal up that hole or the sub will blow and sound like poo.

Basically with the open mounting hole, it will act as if there is no enclosure at all.

If you try to give it any real power it'll be bottoming out, its not gonna get loud, but if you keep it very low you might hear a little bass...find something to at least cover the other hole with if you must

just use a small piece of MDF to seal the hole.
