so when i have my system up, my roof flexes soo bad in my s-10 off my 2 10" L7's. it flexes and rattles when it comes back down, a tad annoying, but standable. now if i take down my headliner and sounddeaden it, like dyna, or ss, or raamatt, will this stop the flexing?rattling? both? i like the flex, but not the noise that comes with it.

yes adding mass, as in dynamat will reduce the felxing/vribrating, its not a hard concept to grasp.

Cascade makes a spray - I'm not sure how effective it is. You'd probably want to use several coats to get enough weight on the panel to make a difference.

try using some type of padding. carpet padding or whatever. just locate the rattling and apply some padding. quick fix.

anything added to the roof will reduce noise, i had no headliner in my cherokee, and this is what i did to it, helped quite a bit

just some foam packing stuff we use at my work to ship out orders. i used some

3m spray adhesive and it holds nicely and reduced roof rattle noise by alot
