ok, factory jbl amp pushes a factory component set rated 2ohm 35 watts. Well, i have blown one of the speakers, replaced with cdt coax, but its 4 ohm, because i had trouble finding 2 ohm speakers. So, question is, am I going to damage the amp by changing the impedence, I know I will be getting less power, but whats the effect on the amp? thanks for helping the newb

ok, thats what i thought, just wanted to make sure though. I was worried, that i would have to 'exert' the amp more for the same level of output and worried that could damage it
