yes it will run those subs just fine as long as your subs are dual 4 ohm VC.

if they are dual 2's you will need to find an amp that is stable @ 1 ohm.

yep good amp. just make sure you get the right impedance woofers, for a 2 ohm final load to the amp. kinda like colt said.

Your backwards...assuming he wants full power at 2ohms...

If your running 2 dual 2ohms, wire them to 2 ohm...

If your running 2 dual 4ohm, find an amp thats 1 ohm stable...

have you got the subs yet? what is the impedence of the subs? That would help in order to find an amp. if you already bought the subs and they are d4's, DO NOT get that amp, it's not 1 ohm stable.
