Will this be enough power?

The box that I will use is 8 5/6" deep, and 1.2 cub ft. It will be in the trunk of a GTO, I will use an mrp m500 amp what will be my best bet for a sub under $200. I really have no clue what to get and wanted to order tonight. I was pretty much set on the 12w3v3 but everyone says I can do much better for the money...
