Will this be enough power?

Ok heres the deal. Current systems is a Orion 4002 on my mids and highs, and a 1200d for my bass. Plan on upgrading to another 1200d very soon. My question is should I be looking for a 200 amp ALT or something stronger? Would one battery in the trunk be enough or should I add too? Was thinking about the optimas but keep hearing good things about the kinetics as well

Wiring would one run of 0/1 gauge be enough for my amps? I thought about a 240 or even a 300 but seriously doubt that I will need all that current in this car. ( its a 04 Crown Vic)
