I think this is what ur sub will be getting "RMS Power 350 watts x 1 channel @4ohms.

i think you can only wire this sub to this amp at 4 ohms? which will only give you about 350 watts to ur sub.

The Pioneer sub has dual 2-ohm coils -- wire in parallel for a 1-ohm load and it will work just fine with that amp.

I believe u can do this since the amp is 1 ohm stable.

Where do you see him talking about running a pair of subs? I see mention of one sub and one amp. If he only plans to get one sub, then the amp will work just fine.

don't mind MyPosion1, hes been around a couple a threads asking about .5 stable amps...

anyways, that amp will do

He wants to run one sub that is dual 2 ohm coils, which in parallel will give him an ending result of 1ohm nominal.

The amp is rated 1000w rms at 1ohm. It will actually do 850-900, maybe a tad more. It will do fine.

Good luck, that pioneer does pretty well.
