Will this amp power these subs?

Hi, I have two 10" JL Audio W3 subwoofers, and I'm about to get a Lightning Audio BOLT 450WX2 amplifier to power them. I'm not looking for booming bass, just enough power to make them noticeable. My head unit is a 2.7V preout Eclipse deck if that helps. The amp is only $90 and that's my biggest reason for buying it. I have no money as of now and am hoping that this amp will do a decent job for powering my subs. So, will that amp work for now?

The amp will work fine, LA amps are made by Rockford. I do suggest getting the fan for it at some point, they cost about 20bux and it bolts right on the housing of the amp.
