Hey guys-

I know very little about audio equipment specifications and I'm trying to figure out what new set of speakers my Rockford Fosgate 150S Amps will power. I have 2x of the amps in my boat, a 12" subwoofer, and 6 x 50w Speakers. The speakers are going bad so I'm hoping to replace them with these.

Could someone let me know if they are going to work or if they will be too powerful for the amplifier.
