At work, if you find something (phone, money, etc) you put your name on it and wait 90 days. If it's not claimed, you get to keep it. I got a 3GS phone from ATT. I was wondering, since I don't have a sim card for it, would it still work as an "iPod touch"?

I dunno, I bought my Iphone 3gs for $75 :shrug:

I used to buy them locally for cheap and have them shipped to where I lived in the Middle East, and made mucho money selln' em used to arabs...
