I've been looking at getting a couple of VIBE Audio Black Air 6 V2 (BA6-V2) for my trailblazer and I'm curious about my amp choice. I'm looking at a Autotek ATX950.4 because I'm on a budget. is this amp a good one for these speakers or should i broaden my scope, and by scope i mean budget.

no. if you are looking for a good 4 channel for under 100, post in the wtb section here, and see what pops up. you can get a pretty darn nice, high quality amp,off of someone in here that will smoke that thing, for close to the same price.

Defiantly go with a different amp, i was thinking about picking up a set of those speakers as well. Sonicelectronix has them on sale right now for $80.

yeah i saw that sale at sonicelectronix which is what is making me want to pick them up, i was considering them before.

this is not exactly my first setup, i picked up 4 mtx tn653 after my stock speakers crapped out and now i want to step that up.

as far as my budget, im not really sub $100 range but i would really like to keep it under $200 and if at all possible new would be great, I was going to save the used section until after I found my options.

a lil on the higher side of your budget but a really nice amp right here, put 1 in a friends car running some cdt comps and some ss coax's and its real nice for the price.

or you could snatch a vibe amp to match haven't used 1 personally but seen quite a few at shows and they seem very nice.

would picking up a Hifonics ZRX1000.4 for $155 be a good choice? more power for less money
