no it wont hurt the amp. Are you running 2 subs or 2 mids on the amp?

Also what model amp is it? You could bridge it for more power, is there any reason you don't want to do that?

No sir. Like someone above me mentioned, you could bridge unused channels for more power, impedance allowing.

I would leave the RCA's unplugged if you don't.
