Will I starve my amp???

At what resistance? Either way, you should be decent. You may have some severe dimming when youre playing hard but it should be fine. Just hook it up and check out whatthe voltage is during play. And remember to set your gains correctly.

1 ohm

thanks nooblet, one more question .. in what scenario DO you need a capacitor
1. you need an expensive distro block

2. for the voltage meter alone..

3. In a scenario in which a cap will not hurt your electrical system...IMO cars with tiny alty's and big draw should stay clear of caps, more harm than good.Upgrade the girth from your stock grounds (battery to ground, engine to ground) and upgrade the alternator to pos wire same girth as your main power wire if possible.

It helps to have a healthy battery as well.

Like #3 that ^^ stated, when your electrical system can clearly support it. A cap requires charging, and the electrical system that feeds your stereo system has to do that, so an extra appliance adding to the stress that is already provided by the amperage ******* amplifier //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
