Will I need a h/o alternator??

I'm going to running two amps for my new system and each one spits out 1600w (4-channels bridged to two to power two 12's) and i was wondering if i will need to upgrade to a h/o alternator? I believe the stock alt in my sierra puts out 120 right now so yeah, someone let me know, thanks...

it would help if we knew what amps they are but most likely you will need to upgrade the alternator

4 ch. doing 1600? I'm guessing you mean max. Whats the specs on the amp so we can determine RMS

also the fuse ratings on the amps would help greatly
