will i have an issue with everything so close?

so this is pretty much how my setup will be, I'm building a center console to hold it all together but I'm wondering if ima have an issue with everything being so close? will i get noise out of my sub and kids from having the power source so close to them?

I was thinking of placing it under the hood as my truck has a second battery option availabe but i was wonderin if id loose power by having the battery so far away?

I'd definitely put the second one under the hood. No problems there, as long as the wire is fat enough.
