Will I be happy with these two amplifiers?

I plan on ordering soon, and am trying to figure out what all I want. The thing i am most unsure about is amplifiers(as far as what brand is the best value for the money). Ive decided to go with JBL because a friend has one and he likes it, and they are a respected company as far as studio/concert audio goes. So heres what I am thinking.

JBL 600.1 Grand Touring- $220 http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_7422_JBL+GTO601.1II.html

Powering a 12" Type R sub at 2 ohms.

JBL 075.4 Grand touring- $220 http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_7421_JBL+GTO75.4II.html

Powering a pair of polk db6500 components.

So what is everyones opinion on here about the Grand touring series of amplifiers? Will I be happy with my purchase?

And is http://www.sonicelectronix.com a reputable site? Because Ill save about $280 over crutchfield by ordering from them.

They are great amps for the money. I was going to get exactly those, but I ended up getting the Infinity 7541a and 611a (rated about the same) for a lower price. Go for it.

I doubt that would sound good man. You got the substage covered. I dont think you really wanna do that. Get some cheap speakers for some rear fill and throw those in there. Hook it up to that.
