MB Quart DCD216$90 vs. Alpine Type-S SPS-171A $115 vs. CDT Audio CL-61A $130 vs. Kicker K6.2 $130 vs. Pold Audio db6500 $140 going for SQ and lowest price. I can power all of them fully and want SQ. anyone have a preference ?

Circuit City should have the KS's and REV's on their board, so you can demo them both. I ended up getting the REV's, very nice coax's for the $$$.

I also find it hard to believe that a cheapo comp set is better than a decent coax. A good comp set YES....

Out of that list, I like the CDTs. Will def. be better than the coax's.
