Will CD-SR1 remote works with Pioneer DEH-P980BT?

I know the CD-SR110 works with DEH-P980BT. Not sure this remote is available here in the US or where i can find one?

The US version of that similar looking remote is the CD-SR1 (minus the "10" at the back). Pioneer state that this remote only works with the AVIC-Z1 and nothing mention about its compatibility with DEH-P980BT.

Has anyone tried using the CD-SR1 (US version) to work with the DEH-P980BT?

Or will this work?
